I dropped off my elderly neighbor's laundry at the laundromat. The attendant at the laundromat informed me of the total amount my neighbor would need to pay. When I returned to pick up the laundry, I gave her the amount she had told me. However, she insisted that it was incorrect, pushed the money back to me, and demanded $20 more. She claimed that she had informed me twice about the higher amount, but I politely informed her that this was not the case and expressed my thoughts about her rudeness. Later, I found out from my neighbor that this lady is always rude to her when she takes her laundry. I suggested to my neighbor to consider using a different laundromat service to avoid mistreatment. In my opinion, I would not recommend using this laundromat for drop-off laundry services.
